The world today.
The world today has really changed from what it was a decade ago, life is no longer the same. All over the world the economy has really suffered a terrible blow and people who once enjoyed a good life have lost almost all they had. Many of us will ask and even seem to question God why this spate of bad fortune or torturous stretch of life only gets from bad to worse yet we all pray on a daily basis.
In my own view I know God is watching over us and He wants to grow us stronger than we have been over the years but we have only turned our backs on Him in a bid to regain the ground we have lost. We no longer pay attention to the Word of God. We have gone further to even condemn the fishers of men who God in his own powers has anointed. We have let the material world grab all our attention undivided, nothing in the life of the Holy Church matters anymore.
Me and you now have a role to play in the present day so that we can make a new way for the present and future generations. In the wake of a million religions we have to stand strong and teach the young the right way just like our fore fathers and parents taught us. Let's all embrace the teachings of the Holy Bible. Let's us not preach water while we continue taking wine. It is a sacrifice worth to make.
Even though the journey will be tiresome and tedious at times, God will never leave our side. Just like He once brought the children of Israel out of the land of pharaoh, He will bring us home and the troubles of this world will be no more. So all we need now is a little faith and patience.
GO OUT AND SERVE THE LORD and remember a good deed done to fellow man will never go unnoticed and unpaid. So do good and the reward will all be yours.
