GOD, TO YOU I SURRENDER

Dear God, I know and believe that I came to this world to fulfill a purpose. I know you have good plans for me. I have experienced your love from time to time. You have brought me a lot of happiness in my past days; you have given me friends who care and given me opportunities to live a life many people only dream of.Today and tomorrow look so uncertain. My world feels as though it is only crushing under my feet. Some people close to me despise me and don't share the same dream I have. I am lost, and I seek you to bring me to where you want me to be. I don't know what to do; I am weak and can't fight any more. I want to fly, but my wings can't flap enough to lift me. I want to run, but my legs can't hold the weight of my body. All I can manage is to crawl, and I pray that you may come to my rescue.I surrender my life to you so that you may do as you wish with me. Show me and teach me your ways. Bring me where you feel I am more appropriate to serve. Open my eyes and give me strength. I pray that you will lead me where you will, and I will follow without a murmur.
